Materials

We can source and mould most materials in a variety of colours. The most commonly used are ABS, acetal, polypropylene, nylon, filled nylons, polycarbonate and acrylic, while more exotic materials include polysuphone, ultem,triax and many more. Find out more.

Tooling Design and Manufacture

We have many years of experience in Injection mould tool design and development. Using the latest Solid Works CAD System we can create highly complex mould tool designs and supply 2D detail drawings and 3D models in any format to assist in the tooling manufacture. Find out more.

Plastic Injection Moulding

After Sales
