Tool design and manufacture

We have many years of experience in Injection mould tool design and development. Using the latest Solid Works CAD System we can create highly complex mould tool designs and supply 2D detail drawings and 3D models in any format to assist in the tooling manufacture.

We have a modern on-site tool room with CNC and EDM facilities, Our toolmakers share many years' experience in manufacturing single and multi-cavity injection moulding tools; we can also manufacture tooling for over moulding - e.g., moulding a rubber foot onto a leg and insert moulding - e.g. placing a metal insert in the component during the moulding stage. Manufacturing tools in house, means we have complete control over the process and costs. For cavities up to 100mm square we may be able to manufacture the tooling to fit into one of our existing bolster sets therefore further minimizing costs. Our toolroom also provides an essential maintenance and repair service for tools already in service, as well as fabricating jigs, fixtures and gauges for production.
