We can source and mould most materials in a variety of colours. The most commonly used are ABS, acetal, polypropylene, nylon, filled nylons, polycarbonate and acrylic, while more exotic materials include polysuphone, ultem,triax and many more.
These are available in a wide range of grades, some with additives or fillers to improve performance, such as lubricants, talc, UV Stabilizers, flame retardancy, heat stabilizers and glass reinforcement.
We can also source recycled materials such as polypropylene. The choice is vast - we are happy to offer advice on the best material.
