Plastic Injection Moulding
Injection moulding is the most usual process for manufacturing low to high-volume plastic parts - the piece-part cost is very low in relation to other manufacturing processes, making it a fast and economical production method.
We have a modern mould shop with 15 machines ranging from 22 to 250 tonne lock ,(please refer to our plant list for further details) enabling us to produce mouldings from a few grams up to 700 grams or from 3mm2 to 8000mm2 projected area. Whether is it a just a few 100 off or 100,000+ off we have a machine to suit your needs. Many of our projects require more than just injection moulded components; therefore we offer a variety of post moulding and secondary operations.
