Our quality policy

At Paul Norman Plastics we are dedicated to setting the highest possible standards of quality for all our services and products. To achieve this we operate a quality management system which ensures that our services and products meet customer specifications within agreed parameters of cost, quality and delivery. We do this through the use of Key Performance Indicators to measure conformance. Our quality management system concentrates on error prevention by investigating processes, identifying errors and opportunities for errors and implementing corrective and preventative action.

We implement and operate fully the BS EN ISO 9001:2008 quality assurance standard through registration and annual review.

Community and environment
