Cask ale dispensing unit makes real ales easier to serve

Having worked in partnership with this customer for well over a decade, we were asked to undertake a project to redesign the existing dispensing unit to provide a total 'fit and forget' upright extraction system that eliminates the difficulties of real ale dispensing. We developed a cellar system modeled in polypropylene, which provides the publican with a trouble-free "fit & forget" method of dispensing real ales.

The space and labour savings, ease of use and cost benefits allow all publicans, even those constrained by cellar space, the chance to offer real ales at the bar. Hotels, sports and social clubs and small bars offer their customers a cost-effective opportunity to sample the delights of real ales.

Working with the brewing industry we have identified the areas of difficulty in delivering cask conditioned beer from the cask to the customer at the bar and introduced solutions. The system, which has been totally redesigned, has gone through a series of evolutionary improvements. The latest version is stronger, lighter and more cost-effective than ever.

Not only do we mould and assemble the products into kits, we also do a full pick and pack service for this customer - the orders are sent in and we despatch direct to the customer.
